Brand Guidelines

Thanks for including Kloudspot in your marketing!
Here you will find the rules for using our brand assets and showcasing Kloudspot content. These guidelines will give specific examples of how to, and how not to use Kloudspot in your publishing. Please remember, we are happy you are promoting our product; we simply ask that when advertising or marketing materials related to Kloudspot, do not suggest we are sponsoring or are formally affiliated with the content unless given written permission.

Our elements and marks include the Kloudspot name, Kloudspot logos, Kloudspot products and product names, Kloudspot interface, Kloudspot website and blog, and any phrase used on these platforms that signifies Kloudspot as a Situational Analytics platform.

When using Kloudspot logo Do Not:

Name

When using or referring to the Kloudspot name in print, the first letter must be capitalized followed by lowercase.
When using a kloudspot name Do Not Use:

1. All lower case

2. All Uppercase

3. Our website URL

Although the statement may be true, do not use a Kloudspot logo in a sentence.

Reseller

As a Kloudspot reseller, your website should not copy or imitate the design of Kloudspot's website or interface. The website should look independent from Kloudspot, but may contain original and unaltered content provided in the Kloudspot Reseller Portal. Any content with Kloudspot information listed must include your company name or logo in addition to any mention of Kloudspot.

Linking

You are permitted to link back to the kloudspot.com website if done so in a legal manner and in a way that does not damage the reputation of Kloudspot as a company. When linking, we ask you not to create the assumption that Kloudspot is a sponsor or a formal affiliate to your company.

Customer Vanity URLs

A Customer Vanity URLs allows you to create a custom page so your company's users can start or join a meeting via your company's personalized URL, such as https://yourcompany.kloudspot.com. You can also customize your email invitation template. Please remember that all brand guidelines stipulated in this guide apply to your personalized website.Your Kloudspot vanity website should be customized to represent your organization's branding. It should not copy or imitate the design of Kloudspot's website or interface. By default, your new website will look exactly like kloudspot.com. This is meant to be a starting point for you to add your own logo and branding. The website should look independent from Kloudspot, but may contain original and unaltered content provided by Kloudspot's Marketing team such as the Kloudspot logo or a Kloudspot datasheet. If your website is found to be out of compliance with these guidelines, you will be notified and given three months to comply before the website is taken down.To learn more about pre-requisites and instructions on setting up your new Vanity URL, please email contact@kloudspot.com.
